Single Slot GPU

Hey guys I am looking for the best single slot GPU to put in my server for GPU acceleration. It has to be an actual single slot and not one with the cooler technically dual slot since my server is very limited in space. I dont care if it is nVidia or AMD I just need the most powerful card!

Afaik there should be a single slot rx 460 somewhere. At least they are annouced, don't know about availability... I'll check and edit the post if i find something

 

edit: can't find much atm, availability and price aren't announced yet so i don't think they are already available

 

If you are prepared to wait that's probably the most powerful single-slot gpu there's for sale... Or a nvidia equivalent should be on sale sooner but i haven't heard of a single-slot nvidia card with a new 10XX gpu.

No chance that thing has a single slot cooler. Way too high TDP for such a thing.

Again, not sure if that has a single slot cooler as well. The bracket isn't the only thing that needs to be single slot.

I saw a GTX1050ti that was single slow but the cooler was a little bit taller then single slot

Awesome! This is the price range I was looking for. It would be used for GPU acceleration in Vegas Pro and I herd the AMD GPUS are better with it as well. Also will be using it for basic games with Steam in home streaming to my living room TV! I will defiantly keep my eyes on this in the upcoming months

I wonder if there is any website you use to filter HW.

In germany I use, "Geizhals" there you can filter any spec of the hardware.

So in general I don´t have to ask a community for hardware advice like this. 

I could go for GPU -> slotheigth-> one slot -> filtered by popularity. 90% it´s absolutely the right piece of hardware.

And it´s also calculating and comparing prices. 

 

I know amazon has filters too and other websites but they are mostly uncomplete or even wrong.

A higher end option would be a R9 Nano, but obviously that's allot more expensive.

and not actually single slot, just very small.

You can get single slot Nanos, they do exist, though most of them are aftermarket or water cooled, so you make a fair point.
