hyper 212 is a good cooler for the money, but the h7 has best performance

Also the H7 fits in narrower cases and clears ANY RAM.

The H7 performs a bit better. 

The 212 Evo is better on value at $25 after a $5 mail-in rebate compared to $35 H7.

What cpu are you cooling?
