Cheapest 1440p 144hz?

What is the cheapest 27 inch 1440p 120 or 144 hz Monitor that I could get? Should I get one of these or a 4k Monitor? I would like to spend somewhere around 300.

That's the chapest one i could find, 300$ is really not much so expect to bump up the budget if you really want one.

It's hard to get 1440p 144HZ for 300$.

 

But I would rather have 1440p at 144Hz than 4K at 60fps.

I'm not saying that 60fps at 4K is bad, I simply prefer 1440p, because at 4K I need to increase scaling. Otherwise everything looks just so small.

Yeah I realize I will probably have to spend over 300 that one seems really good
