Rad Config?

Should I do push/pull, and what are the advantages/disadvantages?

 

If you own a computer that you built, it would mean a lot if you told me what config your put you rad in and why.

Also, should I put the fans on top of the rad or below the rad? (I'm going for positive air pressure).

There isn't really a difference between push or pull, where push and pull together only gains about a few degrees in difference being very marginal.
