looking for a really specific keyboard..

so my brother bought me the mechanical eagle z-55 or something like that and he thought every key was color changeable but since it wasn't and i'm fine with the one he got me, he's looking for one with these features

 

-mechanical (no switch preference)

-rgb with individually programmable keys

-80% design with no number pad 

 

does this kind of thing exist at all?

I can't think of a full RGB mechanical keyboard under 100 USD, at least not Cherry MX ones. Maybe there is some Kailh TKL RGB board for under 100.
