1060 6G Vs. Rx480 8G

Debating a gpu purchase.  Black friday/cyber monday deals in Canada have both GPU's (in title) at the same price , plus minus 10 bucks.  That said, what card will be best for d ultra/high fps 1080p gaming?  Will the Vram of 480 age well? or the higher clocks of the 1060?  I don't plan on upgrading in a year or two even,  I want something that I can get now and will perform adequately for at least 3 years.  Which would you choose?

1/2 years? Thats really fast. Most people upgrade after 3/4. The 480 will last the longest

meh, some people upgrade annually.  When you say "last" you refer to it performing better than the 1060, down the line?  What is your rationale behind this?

It better supports new APIs and it has more VRAM. It will also get better over time
