Xbox One Controller Dead Again? Again!

Basically when i try to turn the controller on sometimes it will power and sometimes it won't, to make it turn on i have to remove one of the batteries and put it back in, then it usually works, i even have to do this if i want to plug the controller into my PC

Tried 2 different pairs, some used from an old controller some new
