Why didn't you reserve your free copy?

And yes, as long as you clean install, it's a good OS.

because i didnt have my new rig when that was going on. it was on my old laptop and i reserved it on there but it would have been an overwrite of win 7 and i didnt want that at the time. so i never updated the laptop

Almost all people having issues with windows 10 are people who were too lazy to clean install and used the broken upgrade process instead.

If you want to use windows 10 then you should clean install it.

That sounds good. Remember that since you didn't upgrade to windows 10 during the free upgrade period you will have to do some of this stuff to get it: http://www.howtogeek.com/272201/all-the-ways-you-can-still-get-windows-10-for-free/

Well it's just more complicated, because you need to do the upgrade thingy and then clean install, or you can use windows for free and deal with the watermark, or all the other options there. If you can afford a copy then that's cool too.

Run the assisted technologies upgrade tool if it's still available for download. I tried it after they stopped the free upgrade offer and it still worked, hate the OS though. Going back to Linux this weekend, Microsoft can go suck one :)

There is nothing wrong with Windows 10 (other than the upgrade installs).  Quite literally every single problem you've seen is either related to its methods of working, or someone not installing it right to begin with.

Please spend as much time writing your question, as you want me to spend responding to it.  Take some time, and explain your issue, please!
