I'd go for Samsung, always been the best choice

Depends what you're using it for. I chose the MX300 275GB for my laptop, and as far as I can tell, its performance is the same as my 850 EVO 250GB in my desktop. 

 

You'll probably get the same performance out of both if you're using it for a home PC or for gaming. Both use TLC 3DNAND, one from Samsung and one from Micron. The Samsung's controller is better for sure, but both will top out at SATA 3's top speed of 6Gb/s.
