CPU cooler help

so i dont know anything about 3rd party CPU coolers and i would like some help deciding, it can be either water or air i have around £100. I don't have any clue about memory clearance but i do know that i DO NOT have LPS ram. My CPU socket is AM3+ and my case can support up to 240mm radiator or 155mm for the air coolers. Any help would be super cool

if you arent doing a massive overclock maybe go for a hyper 212 evo and get a second fan to have a push and pull configuration

im not doing any OC its just that my PC overheats and turns off  and i wanna solve the problem

Then this cooler should be fine as my cpu which is over clocked doesn't go above 72 Celsius even when doing a stress test

212 won't fit. M9a might be best option. H7 would be but it isn't available in Europe. Maybe TX3 from Coolermaster.

Last time I checked it wasn't available here or German stores. Seems like it has come here now. But with price of €46, its more expensive than both 212 Evo and Pure Rock. Making Pure Rock pretty much best cheap cooler with price tag of €39.
