Does the MSI RX 480 fit into the MSI 970 Gaming

The graphics card will sit over the SATA ports, but they shouldn't collide with each other. My motherboard has a similar setup.

Been measuring up my PC and looking at buying a RX 480 from MSI. Only issue is, it looks as if the SATA ports are in the way of the graphics card. I'm just not sure enough if the GPU and SATA ports will collide.
