Mx master vs g502? Which mouse should I get?

So the mx master is currently going for £42 on Amazon. And i thought its probably a good time to upgrade from my b110 crappy mouse. But I can't decided if I should get the mx master or the g502. Coming from the b110 which has tilt click, which I use very often. I use it to go back and forward. Seeing as the mx master doesn't have it, I can't decide. It's the mx master's side scrolling wheel vs tilt click and some extra buttons. And also RGB. Anyone have any experience? It's from Amazon so I could buy and then return for free.

Anyone know of any other mice which could be a better option for me?

Either option would be a great choice, but my vote goes to the G502.

 

You can set the macro keys however you would like. The scroll wheel does have side inputs that can be macro'd for left or right arrow keys to simulate side scroll.

I have the g502 which I personally find very nice and comfortable to use. Don't know about the MX Master.

Thanks, i really like the look of the mx master tho, and the horizontal scroll wheel just seems so cool! And the £10 delta just makes me lean towards the mx master. Although I really like tilt click, and having extra buttons is nice. I mainly use tilt click to go back and forwards on web pages and in other apps.

That's how I have my G502. I also use macros for productivity in a per app basis.

I honestly cant decide. Now that I think of it. If I use the dedicated back and forwards buttons, what am I gonna use tilt click for... But then the g502 has macros and RGB!!!! So hard to decide...

Ohh right, well I'm gonna sleep on it as it's 00:30 here in London. But i think I'll buy both and see which one I like, and return the other. Thank the lord for Amazon's amazing returns policy!

PS note to self I need to get a new phone. My Moto g2 is struggling just in chrome to reply to a message.... It's also getting really warm for some reason...

Never heard of it, but it looks like a Razer or Corsair MMO mouse.
