If you could have a multi GPU rig with both AMD and Nvidia GPUs combined

So basically something like SLI or Crossfire but you could for example combine an R9 290X with a Titan. Would you do it?(if it were to work)

I prefer one card, but I might if I would benefit from CUDA and OpenCL at the same time.

There are already drivers for machines running AMD-Nvidia configurations that work, to some degree. To be honest, for the budget and power consumption... I'd probably just stick to one of the two (also from aesthetics and the PITA that is driver support).
