Why don't you look for a 750ti on ebay, they should be cheap

that was my original plan however with the budget of around 300$, no credit card and more expensive parts here in Serbia it's not quite an option. My current system is at 270 usd without periferals. Also the 750 ti is >100$ on ebay.

Maybe like a passive cooled 730?

The igpu on the pentium is most likely better then both that and the 710, and for the price of those it is better to go for a used gpu.

4gb of ram isn't going to be enough at all 8gb would be a minimum to prevent stuttering.

80Gb isn't even going to be able to hold all of hold games and an OS.

And that psu is a fire hazard, get something better.

What is your budget/currency, for that price I would recommend an amd apu like the 7860k, it has a better cpu then the pentium, and better gpu then the 730, but only expect it to be playable at 60Hz 1080p low/720p high settings.

 •E5-2670 @2.7GHz • Intel DX79SI • EVGA 970 SSC• GSkill Sniper 8Gb ddr3 • Corsair Spec 02 • Corsair RM750 • HyperX 120Gb SSD • Hitachi 2Tb HDD •

my budget is 300$ which is like 35 000 Serbian dinar and that's for the components only, also parts here are more expensive(because import's a bitch). And i don't have a credit card so I can't buy off of ebay or amazon both of which are less expensive to purchase parts at. We have pc part pickers but those offer very little info on the hardware itself.
