Fan on radiators?

does any one know what kind of these fans are and are they good for the raditaors or should i get some sp for cosiar ? because the blade design is so weird ive never seen the blades attached like that so idk if it is good for raidators?

No idea what fans those are or how well they preform, but Im gonna recommend Be Quiet Silent Wings 3's. Those are what I keep on my H100i GTX.

They're Noiseblocker E Loops, and they perform better than 90% of the fan market for their noise to static pressure ratio.
