Good enough for gaming, not ideal though.

Depends how much you're paying for it considering they are 2010 chips.

yes; if you dont mind 2.4GHz quad cores with 800/1066 DDR3 memory

thats 2X 80W TDP so its not going to be power efficient.

I dont know if the motherboard will take a graphics card.

Mem speeds aren't really an issue. The motherboard and CPUs will be fine with 1333 tbh. Also, 2.4GHz isn't an issue, and 8 actual cores would be great for video editing/CPU intensive workloads. TDP isn't a measure of power draw, it's a measure of heat produced (Thermal Design Power).
