How many players?

 

Id consider something like a used dell r710 or c2100. Much cheaper and about the same speed.

 

For diy, get a i7, the dual xeon will be about the same speed, but cost muchmore.

 

You don't need that much ram, id go 32 total on a 6700k.

 

A single ssd will be fine.

 

No gpu's are needed or will be used.

 

Use the onboard nics.

A few words: This is a troll thread.

 

If you are being serious, you're pathetic. You're creating an entire build with no knowledge of how Minecraft runs. It's A SINGLE THREADED game. Meaning, a single cpu with a fast single thread speed would be your best bet.

 

Minecraft reads and writes a lot, using HDDs over SSDs is beyond stupid. Having 1080 SLI is just such a major waste of money, it's not even funny. 

 

You put two wired PCIe connectors without even realizing that your motherboard has 3 Ethernet ports; two of them being Intel 1 Gigabits.
