Yes, they are called USB to Ethernet adapters and can be had for around $20.

If you're thinking you'll suddenly get more throughput however that's not how it works. If you're trying to get faster internet speeds and you already get what you pay for then it won't do anything. If you are using it for local file transfers, you won't get 1Gbps + whatever the adapter will provide unless you use the SMB3 protocol, the switch or router supports teaming, and the device on the other end has the same setup.
