HELP! 1060 ROG strix issue [SOLVED]

it should have that led, i suppose it is use to indicate if power is running into it

Don't know why this is the the case/psu section, but make sure the graphics card has a pcie power cable from the psu going to it. On some cards they put an led above the pins to warn about this.

the fans arent suppose to spin at idle. its asus' silent fan tech. yes i am sure i have the card myself
