Hi guys,

After some help in the builds section I decided on my config which is as follows :

PCPartPicker part list: http://pcpartpicker.com/list/KFNL4C

CPU: Intel Core i7-6800K 3.4GHz 6-Core Processor  ($379.99 @ Newegg)
CPU Cooler: NZXT Kraken X61 106.1 CFM Liquid CPU Cooler  ($114.99 @ B&H)
Motherboard: Asus X99-DELUXE II ATX LGA2011-3 Motherboard  ($393.99 @ SuperBiiz)
Memory: G.Skill TridentZ Series 32GB (4 x 8GB) DDR4-3200 Memory  ($244.99 @ Newegg)
Storage: Samsung 950 PRO 512GB M.2-2280 Solid State Drive  ($312.99 @ SuperBiiz)
Storage: Sandisk Ultra II 960GB 2.5" Solid State Drive  ($239.00 @ Newegg)
Storage: Samsung 850 EVO-Series 1TB 2.5" Solid State Drive  ($314.90 @ B&H)
Storage: Toshiba X300 5TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive  ($149.99 @ B&H)
Storage: Toshiba X300 5TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive  ($149.99 @ B&H)
Video Card: MSI GeForce GTX 1080 8GB SeaHawk X
Case: Phanteks Enthoo Pro ATX Full Tower Case  ($80.99 @ NCIX US)
Power Supply: Corsair 1000W 80+ Platinum Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply  ($180.55 @ B&H)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 Home OEM 64-bit  ($83.89 @ OutletPC)
Total: $3371.24

This system is for video editing. Heavy video editing.

Now, I picked up a Phantex Enthoo Pro CPU and ordered it from Amazon. But they sent me the non windowed version instead of the window one which I ordered. Now I am getting a refund on it. But this situation has given me an option to review my case choice. Right now, I have got all the other parts, but no CPU to fit in them. Frustrating. :/

Kindly suggest to me a case which I can comfortably (without modding, etc.) mount the Kraken X61 as well as the MSI seahawk x radiator.

Thank you.

DJ

You could probably shave off the 90 bucks for the OS, and get 10 pro for free.

1. Install Windows 7 Pro.

2. "Activate" it with a handy little tool.

3. Use the Windows 10 free upgrade tool for education and disabled users, and keep your key.

I did this, I have not had one problem. If you're interested, I can link you to the particular tools when I find the non-malware versions in my library.
