Rufus - "Mounting"? Drivers Disc

Hi, so I'm trying to avoid optical drives and what not and this drivers disc that I have for some drivers for my PC parts is something I'm having trouble with in Rufus. I can't manage to basically mount/put the ISO/disc onto the USB. I get this error message. Thing is though, I'm not even trying to make the device bootable. Even if the option is not checked, it still won't work. :\ Any ideas?

It can work for non bootable ISOs

The image you posted suggests otherwise.

The image itself may suggest otherwise; however, that does not mean that Rufus does not support non bootable ISOs.

Why would you use rufus to make a non bootable iso. Just copy the files. There aren't many nonbootable iso's.

I just use Rufus because it gets rid of optical drives. That and other reasons. It's a pretty good tool.

Are you sure? Would that function as a disc would? Because I know that USBs do not have an autorun feature like discs do when inserted

You can also just copy files to a usb drive, no need for rufus. Rufus is made mainly to make bootable usbs. Its easyier to just copy the iso contents in anouther programs.
