GTX 1050 is much faster, in fact, even a GTX 950 is faster than RX 460:

GTX 1050 will perform better. the GTX 950 is even faster then the RX 460. that RX 460 would be in the GTX 400's era.

The geek himself.

Around $135.The thing is live in Sri Lanka and we dont have services from sites like Amazon. And to find a good used card locally its quite difficult.i would like to buy a new card because it has warranty and i can be on the safe side.

In that case go with the 1050. You can always upgrade it later when you have more money to put towards it.
