Don't skimp on your GPU. You could likely do better on a 6GB if you can afford it.

please don't buy a 3 gig 1060

believe me, 3 gigs just isn't enough anymore, even at 1080p

I've seen VRAM usage in GTA5 go up to 5.8gb on my 980ti, and similar results with Mirror's Edge Catalyst

If you can afford it, go for a 1060 6gb. If not, look for a used 980 for 1 more gig of VRAM and similar performance.

As for your CPU, it's not the greatest, and will definitely bottleneck, but your gaming experience shouldn't be that bad since it's a true quad core

Jesus fuck I think I only used like 2.6GB, but yeah 3GB can be problematic.

but let's keep in mind this is on basically maxed settings besides 2x msaa

As others have suggested a 6GB GTX 1060 would be better than a 3GB. Go with the latest technology. It will have a much longer supported lifetime and if you end up replacing the cpu the gpu can go in a new system.

80+ ratings certify electrical efficiency. Not quality.

depends on the game, guild war is optimized enough but most game will be bottlenecked though still a significant increase compared to your current gpu

Personally go with a RX 460, or GTX 1050 Ti a 860k will be a pretty hard bottleneck. Even in GTA 5 my i3-6100 which is (still budget my much stronger than a 860k) almost being bottlenecked by a 750 Ti. I also had a G3258 @ 4.6Ghz previously which is very similar (bit better) then the 860k and my GTX 750 Ti was more than enough. So from experience an RX 460 or GTX 1050 Ti will be more than enough.
