No...an i5 6500 would probably cost less if you factor in a decent cooler with Kaby i3 k CPU :P

recently found an older video where linus did compare the i5 3570k at 4.2ghz vs the 8350 at 4.8ghz and the i5 did beat the 8350 in more over half the games, and seeing games still prefering better per core performance over more cores i would say get an i3 6100or i5 6400/6500 if affordable and a budget mobo over the fx8350.
