Disabling Turbo Boost Issues

Hey guys, whenever play BF1 on my Razer Blade 14, the CPU goes to very high temperatures (98 C), causing stutters in-game. This does not happen when I disable intel turbo boost as temperatures stay around 90 C. I used the power management method to disable it by setting "Maximum Processor State" to 99%, however recently this method has stopped working. I don't know if it is caused by a windows update but changing the "Maximum Processor State" does not seem to work until 64%. I found this software called Rightmark PPM, which allowed me to edit an option called "Boost", which helped me disable it, but whenever I unplug my computer from power, it does a BSOD. Is there anyway to fix the Windows Power Management thingy or disable turbo boost. (There's no BIOS option)

Oh and it has an Intel i7-4720HQ and a GTX 970M. Yeah the old model...

Have you looked through all the options in your bios?

Yup. Did not find an option. It's a laptop so the BIOS doesn't have many options... I'll recheck it though.
