will this motherboard work

I have a g41m-es2l motherboard and wondering if a gtx 150 will fit,

Here is a list if most of the pc parts are 

intel core 2 duo e8400

4gb of ddr2 dual channel ram

ask if you need anymore

yeah. your processor is so weak its not worth it to get such a strong graphics card unless you upgrade your processor, or go with a weaker card.

yes, but you might need a better power supply.

Its a good card but like the others said your cpu will hold back the performance. What games will you be playing, at what resolution and at which settings? A cpu / mobo / ram upgrade will also help a lot, even if its a used i5 2400 or such.
