Best $700 Gaming PC build?

Hello everyone! I'm looking to help my brother out build his first gamimg PC which can handle video rendering well and gaming very well. What's the best $700 build I can get for him? I perfer intel CPU's for this build. He also wants a Mid Tower case. If you have anymore questions please let me know!
