Is The MX Master Really Worth it?

It's like 140g or something...

Pro mice are about 70g.

Even my M95 was not as heavy as this.

Not saying I don't like the weight though, definitely good for precision movements.

Ah yes, pro mice are ridiculously light.

The mouse I use for gaming is...185g I think. Just have to order the wireless version and I'll be a perfect partner to the MX.

IDK man.

Yea wireless is a good gimmick (imho), but having used the MX Master, I find my naga to be far more useful in productivity and gaming, and the mice cost about the same (although the Naga Chroma is on sale for 40 USD at best buy atm.)

I didn't like the design much on the Master particularly with button placement, and the logitech software is (ironically) far less mature, responsive, and generally inferior to Synapse. (For the record, 3 Naga's are literally the only Razer products I own and/or ever plan to own.)

The biggest issue with the Naga (for certain people) is the PTE sensor. It's hyper accurate without any acceleration, but it suffers from some z-axis response that means best use practice is never lifting it off the mat, and situations where pet hair might get anywhere near the sensor are GG.

The MX Master is a bit of a gold standard for mice, so I say absolutely.

Unless you want a gaming mouse.

I have a G502, and going between a G502 and an MX Master, the MX feels like I'm tugging the cursor around on a rubber band. I hate input latency so much that I wouldn't consider it myself for anything, but if you don't mind a little lag, everything else about it is exceptional.
