Are the chances very low for a cpu/memory/gpu to come broken somehow as in not working or damaged? (Buying it new ofc)

I have built about 5 PCs and none of the parts have come broken or damaged. You can always get a refund or a replacement if it is, as long as you are buying from a good retailer

called DOA, and yes it is possible. i read that it is 1/100 chance of that happening. still that 1% chance

Very low. Mostly only cases get damaged.

Even if it does the seller should replace it if you buy somewhere like Amazon, Newegg, or other reputable sites

I built one PC and the AIO I ordered NEW from newegg came with a big dent in the RAD. It happens during shipping and/or just your luck of the draw from new parts.

make sure to check who is selling it. because Amazon and Newegg do have other "vendors" as I like to call them

Damage during shipping is more rare than DOA items. Bigger companies use only well known and reliable courier services and good packaging. I've only received broken during shipping when purchasing from China and arrived over normal postal services. 0 on DOA items.
