PC don't POST

Pc starts. Pc Fans start, LED strips turns on, HD starts spinning. 
No boot, no mouse and keyboard light and no monitor input message.

 

I tried with no luck;
Reseated the GPU
Clear BIOS with jumper and removed battery for 24 hours
With no ram stick on MotherBoard, pc speaker does beep 3 times and pc restarts over and over.
Tried my PSU on a friends pc. Worked fine
Reseated CPU and heatsink
Tested RAM stick on a friends pc. Worked fine
Cleaned GPU and RAM with eraser
Cleaned PC
Only with mouse connected and one ram stick.
Booting with no GPU and HDMI connect to MB for intergrades graphic CPU.
Checking voltage checkpoints on MB all had a current.

I did a POST test with no GPU and one ram stick.

And what was the result? you had it working when doing POST test before inserting into case?
