Pairing the ASUS VG248QE with my GTX 1060 build?

Will this build be good with this monitor considering that i won't be playing games under 60-80 FPS?
Will there be tearing, stuttering?

i think its a good Pair, you will strugle to get 144hz out of it but i would swap out the Z170 board as you have a locked cpu to save some cash and get a better gpu like a 6gb 1060

Since i have to order via amazon.de will this monitor have all the necessary features (DVI,HDMI or whatever i need, i don't really understand neither of those)
