HP ProLiant DL160 G6 Fans not ramping up under load

Hey everyone! So about a month ago I bought a HP ProLiant DL160 G6 which is in pretty good shape. Now just yesterday I reapplied new thermal paste to the cpus (Arctic Silver 5) and decided to run a stress test to see what temps I'll be getting under load. But when I started the test I expected the fans to immediately spin up higher than idle to cool the server but they didn't and the temperature just kept rising but the fans didn't react. So is there anything I can do to make the fans actually cool the server while under load or is this normal behavior. I also attached a screenshot of my idle temps. Thanks.

Normally the fan speed in servers is related to ambient temp, no cpu temp.

What is the load temps?

With Prime95 running it got to about 78 degrees within a minute or two but I stopped it before it hit the TJMax which I think is 97 degrees.

How fast are the fans spinning?

Check thermal compond and that all the fans are spinning.

In the bios it says that they're spinning anywhere from around 4000 rpm to 6000 rpm depending on the fan.

well everything seems ok other than the temps. Id check the thermal compond and make sure there mounted right.

Hmm. Well I just applied it yesterday and made sure the heatsinks were mounted tight.

Was the top panel closed, or was it open?

If it was open, it is possible, that quite a bit of air from the fans didn't make it to the heatsinks, but rather somewhere else in your room.

The access panel was closed.

What about increasing the fan speed yourself (from the BIOS / maybe Software)?

I guess it doesn`t really matter how loud the server is?

Unfortunately there's no settings in the bios for it and speedfan didn't pick up the fans. Not really rather have it cool than overheating. I might try just cleaning out the fans and heatsinks.
