In theory, the best is the MSI LIGHTNING. I would buy a Reference EVGA card. It's the best IMO.

The OP asked which is the best 780, not the R9-290X. Also, the 290X runs hotter than an oven. I like it, but it's not ready.

unfortunately  they dont have that version in the store

only an overpriced OC gigabyte and over priced a EVGA GTX780 Dual FTW and the msi version

The best is usually the most expensive. So probably Lightning or Classified.

I'd go with either the EVGA GeForce GTX 780 Classified w/ ACX Cooler or the MSI Computer Corp. N780 LIGHTNING. Both come with very high clocks out of the box and great cooling.
