Not really. These chips take 3+ to develop and make. They probably have most of the designs done.

 

If vega is good, they will just cut prices.

NVIDIA and AMD have had a consistent track record of every 1.5 to 2 years. So it's likely you won't see any new generation until at least 2018.

Volta is designed, but when they release it will be dependent on what AMD does.

From what I heard, Volta seem to be pretty close. Maybe as near as May 2017 since Volta have changed to 16nm finFET. But that's still in its rumour state. 

Vega would be around the start of next year.
