2 will be plenty, 3 if you want to be super extra safe.

I've got a 240, 360, 2 GPU blocks, 1 CPU block, a dual bay res and a good bit of tubing. I needed something like 1.3L of coolant to fill it up.

I have a 420, 280, two gpus, one cpu, a 140mm res, and hardline tubing and my loop is almost exactly 1L (like 1.05L after bleeding).

2L is plenty.

In my build, I have x2 360 Hardware Labs GTS rads, a single EK 1080 block and CPU block, EK-XRES 140, (which holds just over 200ml) with hardline tubing, and I used less than 1L, probably only around 800ml.

System: Ryzen 7 5800X - Gigabyte X570 Aorus Master - Noctua D15S Chromax - 32GB 3600 RAM - EVGA Black 2080Ti
