Never defrag a SSD.

yea, defraging an SSD, bad idea :(

It puts the data "in line" on the hard drive so it can read it faster so doing it to a SSD is useless. 

Exactly, its completely useless and you are just consuming more write cycles, wearing out the drive quicker and shortening its life-span.
