So it turns out that all I needed to do was reboot my router. I hadn't done that in a long time and I didn't try it earlier because I wasn't home. I was remoting into my PC. But thank you all for your input haha.

You might actually be on Fiber. Frontier is a DSL provider, but they bought some of Verizon's markets. Some of those markets had FIOS users. FIOS = Fiber to the house. Verizon used the ONT to convert to Coax for TV service. Many FIOS routers connect via Coax. 

I just want to sit back and watch the world burn.

Nope nope nope. They will just cut you off if you complain too much. Happened to many people I know. Luckily for them they have multiple ISPs when I only have one
