Which PSU should I pick?

This is my build as of now:

 

CPU: Intel Core i5-6500 3.2GHz Quad-Core Processor 
Motherboard: MSI Z170A GAMING PRO CARBON ATX LGA1151 Motherboard  
Memory: Kingston FURY 8GB (1 x 8GB) DDR4-2400 Memory
Storage: Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive  
Video Card: MSI GeForce GTX 1060 3GB 3GB ARMOR OCV1 Video Card 
Case: NOX Hummer MC Zero Edition ATX Mid Tower Case
Power Supply: SeaSonic S12II 430W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply

 

As you can see, I do have a PSU in there but it comes at 60€ and that's a bit too much for me. My budget is exactly 730€ so I'd like to know if, for this 280W build, there is a decent 30€ or less PSU that's at least 80+ Bronze (as I was told that was the minimum I should go with) and that won't explode into flames.

The cheapest one I could find was this one for 35€  -  http://www.lc-power.com/en/product/netzteile/standard/lc500-12-v231/

Not sure whether or not it'd be a good choice, however.

Hi! Where are you buying? Chances are you won't find a good PSU for 30, you should get a cheaper motherboard because that one is quite expensive. Any B150 or H170 will do.

Thank you! I'm buying from PCDiga, a store in Portugal.

 

The reason I chose that motherboard is because in that same store they're doing a sale where they offer 8GB of DDR4 RAM (for free) along with it. Basically paying 157€ for both. Do you think it's worth it? If not, I took a look at the B150M and it would fall down to 720€ with that SeaSonic PSU I have atm in the build, which costs 58€.

 

Also, thanks for the suggestion! I also found this one from Corsair that was a little bit cheaper: http://www.corsair.com/en/vs-seriestm-vs450-450-watt-power-supply

I was able to extend my budget and will get the SeaSonic S12II after all.
