Honestly depends on how much video rendering "some" does not seem to me to justify such a loss on graphics performance. If there was a way for you to get a 1070 and i7 then do that.

i5 and gtx 1070 are better for gaming

i7 and gtx 1060 are better for video editing

you might want to clear up a couple of things like budget, games played, video editing intensity etc
