My MOBO supports up to 2133, but the 3000 is cheaper with MIR, but that takes forever so should I just get the 2133?

I'd get 3000. Almost no performance gain but it's kinda worth it? RAM latency is kind of important as well, the lower the better.

 

I personally have had 2400Mhz ones and 3200Mhz ones and I see 0 difference. But for the sake of numbers and tiny price difference, I'd get the higher ones.

Well what is the highest speed it supports? RAM that is clocked at a higher speed than the mobo supports will just be downclocked, but if your mobo supports like 2400 or 2666 it might be worth it.

If you have a Z170 mainboard, it's VERY likely that is can use DDR4-3000, but the manufacturer hasn't performed validity tests.
