Upgrade Motherboard, CPU and Memory

Hello,

I have a 3-4 years old computer, and I recently replaced my graphics card with a new RX 480.

Now I also want to upgrade my CPU since I have bottlenecks on games, so I figured I should also upgrade the memory to DDR4, and obviously I have to change the motherboard too.

My current motherboard is: GA-B75M-D3H, and Seasonic 520W S12II-520 power supply.

What do you recommend me to buy? (motherboard, cpu, ram)

I'm thinking about 16gb RAM, but idk what motherboard or processor to pick.

Thanks in advaced :)

I would say to stick with your motherboard. Ivy bridge performs rather well. Also most games see zero benifit from more than 8gb of ram and the cas latency of ddr4 makes it so that in most cases there will be no observable benifit over ddr3.

So you are saying I shouldn't change the motherboard, and a 3770k will do?

Currently I have i5 3450 3.1Ghz.
