Minecraft Launcher Errors!?!?!?

I keep on getting the error when trying to launch Minecraft for my brother on our older PC

 

The error I am getting Is

The laptop specs are  HP Pavilion g6 Notebook PC. Running a AMD A4-3320M APU.

Windows 764bit. 6GB Ram.

 

Please note I did reinstall Java (yes 64bit).

Have you tried running the launcher as an admin? Make sure that it is also allowed through your antivirus and firewall as well.

Redownload the launcher? Maybe use MagicLauncher, I like magiclauncher more than the regular one.

already tryed magic launcher, redownloaded the Jar and redownloaded the original launcher. And still nothing.

I have that same problem, since I have the same exact laptop. For me, though, says there is no Java virtual machine.

Current Rig: Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600, Abit IN9-32MAX nForce 680i board, Galaxy GT610 1GB DDR3 gpu, Cooler Master Mystique 632S Full ATX case, 1 2TB Seagate Barracuda SATA and 1x200gb Maxtor SATA drives, 1 LG SATA DVD drive, Windows 10. All currently runs like shit :D
