LF competitive single player games

I'm really tired of toxic players of feeling like i'v done my very best in games only to be held back by people trolling or just having an off day ruining the game for myself and everyone else on the team, i want a competitive game that is PvP like overwatch, league, or any of the sort where there is a high level of being competitive but not based around team, i know there is games like AoE and starcarft and hearthstone (got into hearthstone but a bit but just felt too RnG at times plus it became too sellout) but i'm not really into those kind of games, i'v tried doing some research into this but it comes up with games like dota??? and league which are both team based games, i don't personally know of any games like the one i'm looking for but maybe there is

mostly i love playing overwatch, i played ALOT of league i when it was kinda new late season 1 and alot in season 2 all the way into about season 5, that's when the game picked up ALOT and the game became much more toxic and the community is the worst by far in any game i'v ever played i did reach low diamond and the players were still just as toxic, so i started playing overwatch and recently i started playing alot in competitive but i'v been losing alot of points and started noticing alot more toxic people trolls and just dickheads in games example today i asked someone ( very nicely) if they could switch off genji as they had a Winston main (hard counter) and we were on defence and genji isn't the best defense hero so his response was "get fucked you faggot cunt" and played a troll champion sym and threw the game also other games when i just get paired with very questionable team mates that just feed or are just having a really really bad day and i have gold in everything feels like a up hill battle i never seem to win i became very close to diamond only to fall twice now down alot of points and i can understand my own mistakes and learn from them but i'm so tired of being held back and losing games because of "bad luck" getting paired with trolls or people who are having an off day i'd rather be held back by my own capabilities than that of a team based game, but the only games i'v found are Starcraft 2 which i'v never liked hearthstone which i became good at in the early stages but then it's become WAY to pay to win with them bringing out new and better cards far too often forcing you to pay real money if you want to play at a competitive level which i don't mind paying money for a game but when it feels like they're doing it in a way where its just annoying and forced it's gross. long story short team based games have become far to toxic with the majority of players now being teenagers who think they're gods gift to earth can act like little shits 24/7 that's why i want to play single player games but i can't seem to find any that i like. i did see Civ5 just came out but i don't really like the idea of one gaming taking up to 12 hours plus.

 

EDIT: i know they're will be a billion spelling mistakes and grammar but i'm just far too lazy to fix them. deal with it

Or literally, you are telling me that you wanna find a "Competitive" but "Singleplayer" game.

I'm looking for a single player competitive game, that's it.

i did like heathstone for awhile got pretty good at it got to legend rank but i felt like they made it far to pay to win bringing out new cards far to often, and i never really got into starcarft or AoE, i did see they brought out the new Civ which looks pretty cool never played them before but it looks neat but the idea of having a game last 12 hours plus is kind of off putting

I know its probably wrong to point that out, especially here.

Not sure if trolling or serious? i mean if you are actually being serious no i'm not addicted to gaming that's just how i spend my down time? Just like most other people who play games.
