Gentle Typhoons / Vardars / NF-F12 are usually the top choices, I'm not a big fan of NF-F12's though, I've owned them and GT's, and I liked Gentle Typhoons more.

I've been using Koolance 12025s (100CFM versions) for my loop for almost a year now and they've worked great. They push a lot of air but do drone a bit at higher RPM levels. Definitely one of the more effective fans I've come across in the last few years.

The Rainbow X58: i7 975 Extreme Edition @4.2GHz, Asus Sabertooth X58, 6x2GB Mushkin Redline DDR3-1600 @2000MHz, SP 256GB Gen3 M.2 w/ Sabrent M.2 to PCI-E, Inno3D GTX 580 x2 SLI w/ Heatkiller waterblocks, Custom loop in NZXT Phantom White, Corsair XR7 360 rad hanging off the rear end, 360 slim rad up top. RGB everywhere.

Coolant by wise they are all the same from what I tested. Just depends on fpi what sound you find acceptable. Liking my swiftech for high fpi and my noctua for low fpi.
