Nzxt hue weird problem?

Guys theres a weird problem going on with my nazt hue + when i put the white color 2 led bulbs will change to purple and the other will remain the same and if i press on the bulb it will go back to white but if i put any other color it will work just fine whats going on?

To the topic: Sounds like the lights are defective for some reason. Either due to power delivery, proper grounding, or loose connection.

Sounds like the LED's have a bad connection on the SMD chip mainly the green making the only the red and blue chips light giving you that purple. I would contact NZXT to see if they can get you a replacement strip.
