and go for the patriot ram , not the kingston, they are a lot more expensive, and 2x4 gb is better than 1x8 gb, because they will work in dual channel.

After considering your suggestions:

 

i5-6400

Gigabyte GA-H110M-S2

HyperX Fury black 2x4GB DDR4 2133MHz(hyperx are the only ram sticks for ddr4 I could find)

XFX Radeon RX460 2GB

Same hdd

Same case

Dropped the ips monitor, chose the 21.5" Benq GW2270

Can't decide on the psu, all are some crappy branded psu's.

 

The price will be the same without the psu, with the psu probably 50$ higher.
