Good parts? No bottlenecks?

Build looks good and balanced imho. An extra HDD for more storage wouldn't hurt but you can add that whenever you like.

When in doubt, re-format.

I agree with pawn about the hard drive idea>

Maybe a slightly beefier PSU for expansion in the future.

temporary solution - someone else's problem

As said above you could buy a 1TB HDD for mass storage, a decent one would be the Western Digital Caviar Blue.
If you do so you could save a bit by getting the 275GB version of the MX300.

I'd change the board to either of these that are in the same price point. Both are better at OC and have more rear USB ports.

Motherboard: MSI Z170A KRAIT GAMING 3X ATX LGA1151 Motherboard  ($112.98 @ Newegg)

Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-Z170X-UD3 ATX LGA1151 Motherboard  ($117.98 @ Newegg)

And a $260-270 1060:

Video Card: MSI GeForce GTX 1060 6GB 6GB GAMING X Video Card  ($259.99 @ Amazon)
