If anyone knows a program to see my temperatures that would be great, I don't even know how effective my current fan configuration is.

My Case has 4 fans in it and I was wondering how I should position them. The 2 that came attached are wired into an adapter so I cant do much to change those. But my 2 front LED fans I can change. At the moment everthing is blowing out, My dad thought it would be fine and he is semi experienced (Since he asked why my GPU has fans he is no longer trusted lol).  If the 2 front fans were blowing inwards I could have fresh air blowing at my CPU cooler then sent out the other end, Also If I moved my GPU Up I t could catch some of the breeze and maybe improve its temps (At the moment the GPU Is on the bottom PCI slot).

Again, I dont know my current GPU or CPU temps so, if you know a program I'd appreciate the help.

HWMonitor for all temps

Having all 4 blowing out isn't the best setup, you'd be better having exhaust at the back, with the rest being intake.

What case do you have btw? weird that you can't change the fans it came with.

Going to hijack this, what about a fan on the case side panel? Exhaust or intake?

This is my current build

Im sure the fans are changeable but its not as straight forward as i'd like it to be. Also Is the part that says Package on the CPU temps the overall temperature?

Put it in the top slot. That is step 1.

As far as placement goes, put the front ones as intakes and the rear/top as exhaust.

Package temp is the overall CPU temp and then you can get the per core readings as well.

When in doubt, re-format.

The top one is blocked by my cpu cooler :P

There isn't Anywheres on the side panels for a fan

AFAIK the 212 evo shouldn't block any PCIE slots if you have installed it correctly...But then again I have known to be wrong.

Now that im looking at it I might have like 1-2cm of clearance but one fan would be blocked by the wifi adapter

You can put PCIe x1 cards into any PCIe slot. Doesn't need to be x1 slot. As for fan placement, front intake and top/rear exhaust is best. No need to do anything for pre-installed fans. Just swap front fans as intake.

Also, CPU package is average over all cores. Look at temps for your 1st core or highest temp over all of them.

Sidepanel fans depend on where its located and what CPU/GPU cooler type is used. If slot is over CPU and CPU uses down-draft cooler (like stock ones), fan is best as intake. If its anything else, exhaust or rather no fan. For slots over GPU, with blower cards intake is better. With all the rest, exhaust.

Wasnt aware the PCI x1 wifi card could go in the big ones.

Ive run into another problem where I dont think the front fans can be turned around. If the damn screws would go in the opposite side there would still be plastic pieces blocking the airflow.

Can you post pic of the issue? From product pics of S340 I can't see any issues.

What fans are you using?

I would use Msi Afterburner to read your temps in this case. That being said, your system isn't that power hungry and would've been perfectly fine with the stock cooling.
