Just tried to buy GTA IV on steam

i guess this justifies piracy now :P

just taking a look on what wikipedia has to say on piracy, you get broader view there. everything explained, piracy will allways exist. i wouldnt say distribution is main reason, not in 2013.

one of the first game i played, in DOS obviously, with very old computer. it was pirated. :D i was about 8 then probably.

it was on floppy disck. absolutelly awesome game, love the colors and graphics. i loved it.
