okay can you help me do that? without me losing my files.. ?

You have a backup. Good Movingon

Boot into kali

Open your favoritr partition editor and delete that partition and the D partition. Then Expand your C partition in windows and then go in kali and install.

You could just run kali in a vm. Hyper-V is included with windows.

VirtualBox from Oracle is a popular VM or you can use hyperV.

Do you need windows on this drive? what version of windows is it?

Why do you have four partitions? do you need all those four partitions?

Why are you asking about ubuntu; do you want kali or ubuntu?

I use Kali as a live CD to try out software and if i like it I install it in my debian/ubuntu machine. IMO their repos are always down which makes it inappropriate to use as a daily system

Another option could be to use Macrium Reflect to image that recovery partition, then use GParted from any Linux Live USB to remove the partition and make a logical volume, so you can recreate that partition inside the logical volume. Then you restore from Macrium Reflect that partition and that should do the trick. Convoluted, but when you don't have logical partitions, is not like you have options. Oh, and before making the logical partition, move with GParted the data partition, so the logical partition is a big empty contiguous space. DISCLAIMER: Changing partitions can lead to data loss, so make sure to have backups. No one is responsible but you if there is data loss. What I can say is that, from experience, rarely does give any problems.
